OUR UNDERSTANDING      

ECOLEX AG has been established as a consulting company specialized in Economic (ECO) and Legal (LEX) topics. Our traditional business model is based on providing an extensive network of specialists that contribute to the solutions developed for our clients. Now ECOLEX is an independent strategy consulting boutique. We consult companies, entrepreneurs and start ups on core issues of management and, in doing so, we understand CEOs and CFOs as strategic investors and support them in the management of their company. We consult our clients always as if it was our own company.

We find answers to core issues of management. These include the areas of strategy, corporate finance and organization and performance management across all industries. We consult our clients independently and successfully implement profound change initiatives.
